Nutrition
Food is the body’s energy source, anything you put into your body will either harm you or heal you. Every person is designed differently and each body responds differently to different foods. Likewise your dietary needs are individual and depend on your body constitution, lifestyle, metabolism, etc… There is a multitude of information on diet and nutrition that you can research, but here are the basic practices we follow for maintaining healthy food choices.
Reduce processed foods (anything not from the fresh fruit and vegetable section)
Reduce refined carbohydrates and added sugar products (cakes, cookies, soft drinks, etc)
Eat more plant based whole foods (fresh fruits, vegetables, legumes, whole grains), of every color and a wide selection
Eat prebiotic and probiotic foods for gut health
