Mindful movement

Our bodies are vehicles designed for movement and activity, not for sedentary lifestyles. Movement comes in many forms, the best choices are activities that you enjoy as a regular practice (e.g. dance, walk, running, gardening, gym, yoga). Exercising socially or with others is often a good motivator for many. Aim for 150mins per week (20+ mins per day) to derive the most benefit for maintaining general health.
