Maintaining mental health is increasingly more challenging in the modern fast paced world, and managing stress is a good health indicator. Breathing techniques, practiced by ancient cultures, is now scientifically verified as an easy and effective method to induce relaxation of the mind and body. This is something we can all do, every day, to help rebalance and is highly effective in managing stress.  It doesn’t need a lot of time, even minutes of mindful attention has benefits for our well-being.
