Getting sufficient quality sleep is also often underestimated but essential for health. Sleep allows our bodies and minds to detoxify, repair, heal, regenerate and fortify itself to continue functioning at their optimal. To foster healthy sleep habits, practicing a regular routine can help optimize sleep time:

  • Set regular sleeping hours (for cycadean rhythm)

  • Create quiet, cool, dark room

  • Wind down 2hrs before sleep to calm mind and body (no screen time), doing relaxing activities

  • Eat (light meals) at least 2hrs before sleep time

  • Get sunlight in the morning
